About me

CG2b.jpg

I type up to 140 words per minute, I love animals, and my life calling is to create a positive user experience for everything I encounter. Ask anyone who knows me - I can go on about the user experience of touch screens for hours.

I got my start in User Experience during my undergraduate work at UMBC. After that first "Fundamentals of HCI" course, I was hooked, and started my first job at a usability testing firm back in 2012. After a year of freelancing in 2018, I’m now employed with the leading user research platform, UserTesting.

I work with my team to conduct user testing, create wireframes, restructure information architecture, perform quality assurance testing, test for accessibility experiences and compliance, define and understand the customer journey, and so much more.

Clients I've Worked With

There's a method to my madness

I care about users. If the users are happy, I'm happy. I've done everything from recruiting people for in-person interviews to designing mockups and customer journey maps. I can jump in at pretty much any time during the life of a project, and start working that UX magic.
